canvas for wednesday

 Hi everyone,

We are having trouble getting the wood in in time for you all to build your next stretchers,
which are due to be ready October 18th. ( next wed )


I am going to allow you to purchase a stretcher for the next painting,
and you can use the shop wood for your final projects when we get it in.


requirements:

***You can purchase a "Gallery wrap" canvas-****
( please only buy gallery wrap- this means there are no staples on the side)

****that has a depth of 1.5 inches (give or take) ***** 
(the canvas you purchase should be as close to the one you made in terms of sturdiness and thickness- don't buy a thin /narrow 1/2 inch oe 3/4 inch canvas for this project) 

any size at all of your choice,
***larger than 20 x 24 inches.****

24 x 30, 24 x 36, 30 x 30, 24 x 24, or even larger, are all great options! choose what you are drawn to.

you can find your canvas at:
 Artisans, Michaels, 
or other craft stores. Michaels usually has a 40% off coupon, and also has sales- Artisans also has affordable options.
the bookstore may also have a canvas of this depth and scale but I have not looked....

find the most affordable option that fulfills the requirements.
